I can totally see Shelly feeling she deserves to be held somewhere as well as be "rehabilitated". If people who are abused by their spouse or 'loved one' feel that way, why on earth would anyone think she would feel any differently. It's extremely sad. (I knew nothing about her mother!) Any law...
