Depending on what happens when CL has to return for his hearing on the explosives charge, Im not too hopeful on a resolution in this case. Unless the police have a way to make him talk, it seems highly unlikely that he will ever pay for his crimes. The desert is just such a vast place to dump a...
You know, after joining a certain facebook group, I actually appreciate some of the rules here. Seen a couple irresponsible posts there, one in particular along the lines of, "supposedly my mom heard ___". Certainly glad that sort of made up nonsense isnt allowed here. It can be strict here but...
I think its going to be a long while before we hear of anything else significant. I think the police want to do all they can to try and locate a body or crime scene before any last resort circumstantial case attempt. Meanwhile, probably going over and over anything and everything they can...
Possible, but who would do it? Her husband could have perhaps, but it doesnt seem anyone thinks he really had anything to do with this. All signs still point to her being with CL that day and it would make no sense if he would've sent that text. From what we've heard, shes indicated to this...
Eh, I highly doubt that. I think it's near certain that CL/NL had something to do with it and it involved killing Erin. We have evidence that someone used Erin's phone to tell a friend she was going to be with CL that day. We have NL making comments that sure seemed to indicate her husband...
Id like for someone to show the witness a picture of NL with sunglasses on and see if that looks more like the female he saw get into a "car". Ive seen at least one picture of her with sunglasses on, one with a ball cap on. Ive yet to see one of Erin wearing sun glasses or a ball cap. Not that...
That's if we can count on investigators telling the family all they know or the family wanting to admit Erin may have been cheating.
Perhaps a news outlet should show that red car picture to the witnesses and see if it looks the same. Hey, maybe the witnesses have facebook and we could ask...
Sure, that could be the car. But to think that the investigators overlooked the witnesses account of Erin getting into a red car is just crazy. Investigators aren't always perfect, but there's no way they talked to witness that saw that and just overlooked it.
Id feel much better if we knew if they had a warrant to search a red car. Well obviously id feel better to find out she is safe and sound. But the longer it takes, the less likely any positive or any resolution at all is possible. Its bothering me that they as far as we know, they have not...
If she did meet with someone and was cheating, I think the cops have to know who it is. Highly unlikely a 19 year old has a burner phone. So they have her phone records, texts probably, computer information. They have to know a lot more than what they've shared. They're hung up some where though...
Don't think that really means anything. They're holding they're cards really close to the vest right now. Just because it's not officially classified yet as criminal doesn't mean they're not looking at it internally as criminal. They don't have a body and don't have a confession or enough...

Can someone clear up the search warrants dates? I read they had them signed by a judge on July 1st. Are they only serving the warrants now or did they only release the info on them now? Would seem odd to not serve then asap.
