    Twitter #BREAKING: DA says the charging documents DO NOT imply that Chris Watts killed the children before Shannan. It simply states a timeframe in which the DA believes the family was killed. Watts will be advised of the charges he faces today. @DenverChannel

    It’s just a formality as three counts are standard Murder in 1sr degree for Shanann and both the girls and then there are two more counts in the 1sr degree for each of the girls as he was in a ‘position of trust’ - different statutory bases

    Children’s deaths are given as between 12 - 13 August and Shannan’s is said to be 13th August. All of the tampering charges relate to 13 August
