Happy New Year All!!
Ive come out of lurking long enough to ask some questions that are bugging the heck out of me about the judges on the appeal:
1.It appears from reading the appeal that they only dealt with the first trial and not the second. That strikes me as odd especially considering...
Pocket,
Weren't the pics part of those that were deleted? if so, then she had to know about them as she did all of the deleting of the shower and those that followed. If not, then does this mean she somehow missed those in her haste?

That's because they were nitwits from jump! Both are just as scheming and devious as JA is and fell right in with her school-girl antics. All very juvenile IMO.
Can't find it either RickshawFan. Tricia's post said after 10:30 so maybe not yet posted. Will keep looking and if I find it, will come back here and post.
IIRC, didn't TA ask her for the key/pass code for wireless access in one of the texts? A friend had asked to print some pictures using TA's printer but needed access to his wireless.
So, she could've used her laptop to access his laptop activity from his or her car using access to his wireless.
Slightly off topic: In the above video, JW is constantly writing/taking notes. For what purpose? Everything is recorded through the court system - what is the need?
Apologies in advance if this was discussed before, but after seeing this video my curiosity was piqued once again. This is...
Reminds me of the back and forth between JM and JA, when she was on the stand, about whether she and TA attempted to take a video but she couldn't remember which camera was used - her's or TA's. She claimed she used her camera but couldn't remember when she took it to the car with her other...
I really pondered over your post - mainly because what you say is correct; however, (and I did not highlight certain sections as I as reading that really stood out to me so at this point am unable to point to specifics - but will go back later to find) there are several passages that JM pointed...
Am up to chapter 19 and must say that I am now thoroughly convinced that Nurmi's strategy from the beginning of the trial was to subtly destroy JA (or get even with her for all of the grief she caused him) through his actions/non-actions of her defense, most notably, NOT questioning Daryl Brewer...
For those of us that have iTunes, you can get a 48-page sample of Juan's book and also pre-order the E version from iTunes $12.99.
If you elect to get the sample, I can guarantee you will want to order if you haven't already and boy, oh boy,the questions start churning in your mind along with...
Rickshawfan, can you provide additional information from Whittemore on the security processes needed to secure JA? This is one series of books that I have not invested in so don't know what it would take for this to happen. Sounds very interesting.
