Canada - 2 bodies found on forestry road in Okanagan, BC, 10 May 2021 *arrest*

Sorry, I have no clue how to post a link from iPad. I tried But yesterday, June 10, Vancouver Sun and others reported a development in this case. Easy to find if someone would like to post a link so I don't sound so random.

Found Deceased Canada - Jordan Naterer, 25, 2 day hike in Manning Park, Vancouver, BC, 10 Oct 2020

Per the Princeton GSAR Facebook, they stood down on the search about 10 am today. Weather in the area is unseasonably nasty and was unsafe. I am about 2 hrs away. Manning Park is my happy place, but some places locally broke weather records that have stood for 120 years. And not in a nice way.

Canada - Lucas Fowler, Chynna Deese, and Leonard Dyck, all murdered, Alaska Hwy, BC, Jul 2019 #8

Two things I keep thinking. Eyewitnesses are not always correct. They can be sincere but sincerely wrong, especially if they already know what they'd like to or should see. "Where they two tall white guys". Oh yup, yes they were. I have only worked with this in critical incident reporting in...

Found Deceased CA - Blaze Bernstein, 19, Lake Forest, 2 Jan 2018 #3

I wonder if the "girlfriend" exists, she could be a "cash only" kind of girlfriend. Probably doubtful, but if a guy had just murdered someone, I could see it, especially if the murder had a sexual component. She wouldn't be super excited to be involved.

    Canada - Barry, 75, & Honey Sherman, 70, found dead, Toronto, 15 Dec 2017 #3

It is not about the house as much as the lot. Very average lots in very average neighbourhoods can be well over a million, increasing quickly with better location.

Found Deceased NC - Mariah Woods, 3, Onslow County, 27 Nov 2017 #4 *Arrest*

Am I reading this right that there is no murder charge? I wonder who, when, etc... Do you expect plea bargain for Mariah's body? Ugly...

I think, but can't quote law so IMO, that you can be held for a short time, maybe 72 hrs?without being charged. Then LE must charge or release you. I think it might vary by state. Others who really know, please correct me. Our CDN law is a bit different not that I'd be 100% on that.

Thanks for this. I am both emotional and speechless.

    GUILTY Spain - Denise Thiem, 40, U.S. traveler, Astorga, 4 April 2015

Thanks so much for posting all these recent updates. Few words...so sorry for her family who searched so fervently. Easter Sunday, obviously significant to Denise. Unthinkable. I am always amazed at the work behind the scenes, the tips etc that we know nothing about, until it is solved. RIP...

    GUILTY Spain - Denise Thiem, 40, U.S. traveler, Astorga, 4 April 2015

Villaviciosa is on the northern coast on a different route to Santiago de Compostela, Camino del Norte. Google told me that it is about 180 km from Villaviciosa to Astorga, so it certainly would be possible for someone with a car to move locations and continue assaults. Saying that, it is not...

    GUILTY Spain - Denise Thiem, 40, U.S. traveler, Astorga, 4 April 2015

I have a particular emotional attachment to this case, and to Denise, as a year ago this time period I was a woman alone on the Camino. The Camino is generally thought to be quite safe; probably safer than the places most come from. Most common are thefts of valuables left unattended and the...

Found Deceased UT - Elizabeth Laguna Salgado, 26, Provo, 16 Apr 2015

Your above comment made me wonder about Mexican LDS numbers. Google is my friend, and apparently there are over 1.3 million members and 12 temples. Not sure what percentage this would be but certainly not insignificant. Sorry for not quoting but iPadding is a challenge...

    GUILTY VA - Noah Thomas, 5, Pulaski County, 22 March 2015 #5

I am confused. Yes, I have read everything but am fallible and might not have understood or remembered everything. I do not see how Noah could have been left in the house with his sister that day. That he fell into the tank seems less and less likely. If, by whatever means, he died or was...

And on further about Tupperware lids on septic tanks, my guess is that it was one of the plastic kind that we were told previously weigh about 2 lbs, and should have 8 or so screws securing it. If the screws were not there, or not secured, I can just imagine a man who is full of adrenalin...

    VA - Hannah Elizabeth Graham, 18, Charlottesville, 13 Sept 2014 - #9

I have been thinking this, and the more aggressively LE behaves and sounds, the more likely. If he does know where Hannah is, he might be the only one who does and if he takes that info to his grave it could be harder on those who love her. Maybe Longo could "catch more flies with honey than...
