Um, because this time the suspect was "caught on tape"? I'm not trying to be a smartA$$ here, but I do believe LE has more than they are telling us, just as they say. Plus forensic evidence is not limited to DNA...anyway, having JLM on tape accelerated this investigation, IMO.

Agree totally. LE will have to build its case carefully. Defense only has to persuade one juror to get a mistrial. Plus there's always the possibility of a plea bargain, depending on how the evidence plays out...
