That's why there is a diff between opinions and facts

Lying does not mean murderer. The problem with the case is everybody has lied and hence getting to the truth is really difficult which is what the judge eventually decided. SA judge agreed there was some evidence hence there was a case held, but in absence of concrete evidence nothing can be...

People just don't seem to look at evidence in this case . for some reason diwani has already been branded guilty by association.

I don't know if SA has double jeopardy which is where a not guilty verdict would be difficult to over come, may be dismissal allows for retrial if new evidence surfaces

There is a lot of guilty by association in this case. People have used all kinds of excuses including Dewanis sexuality, his and her ethnicity, peer/psychological pressure. But very frankly i dont think any of that can be used as evidence. Dewani is a confused individual, and his behavior is...

This result was expected considering the evidence. It is easy to blame the judge but the cops and prosecution have done a horrible job collecting tangible evidence. Most of evidence is he said she said , coupled with the deals given to the killers it does not help the case. I have doubts the...

I don't think this is accurate. It can happen any time if evidence is not deemed sufficient or contradictory by defence

What a coincidence both Tongo and devani deleted their text. And the police could not get it from the network provider. This despite devani losing his phone in the car jacking. The only reason this case will get thrown out is because the cops did not try hard enough to collect good evidence.

JLM: When will charges come in the HG and MH cases?

Seems like dna evidence in MH case is strong he will probably get life in prison or death for that one. Haven't heard of much evidence in the HG case, probably LE don't have much

Evidence still looks weak. If this was the USA he would have been convicted , but after Oscar Pretorius case I can say south African justice system needs a higher burden of proof. He will probably walk from this.

    Hannah Graham: Remains Identified

It would be prejudicial evidence. Unless there is some link between the two victims I doubt evidence in either case can be brought up. Video is circumstantial, to convict of murder the DA will need to show more evidence

    Hannah Graham: Remains Identified

She was drunk, probably knowingly or unknowingly had or was given other controlled sub at the party too. The info on what she had at the parties is not being revealed. The drink that jlm gave her could have been spiked too.

    Hannah Graham: Remains Identified

Each device has a unique id called imei number. Phone wiping does not change the imei number. Hannah,s carrier has the imei number for sure. Phone needs to jail broken and then a hacker might be able to change imei number. A very complicated process. The killer has probably destroyed the phone...

Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation** #3

I suspect the same thing, it is taking too long to confirm. It might not be HG hence the delay. Also raises the question How many killers r loose in the area?

Why is it taking so long for confirmation. Are the remains missing all her flesh and her teeth. Can't the bones give a DNA match Sent from my GT-P7500 using Tapatalk 2

Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation**

I have a sneaking suspicion this could be someone else. Too much decomposition in 35 days to leave behind skeletized remains. I am also surprised they haven't found any leads of suspicious activity at the site leading up to the finding of the body. With so much info about jlm and his cars I...

South Africa - Anni Dewani, 28, shot to death, Gugulethu, 13 Nov 2010 #1

Display of Emotion varies through period of grief depending on person. Again weak circumstantial evidence. Yes I have seen this video and what surprises me is that after receiving only 1000 rand instead of the promised full amount there is no further contact between the two. There is also...

South Africa - Anni Dewani, 28, shot to death, Gugulethu, 13 Nov 2010 #1

This is called weak circumstantial evidence. IMO, it is the worst kind of evidence to convict someone on, because there is a strong chance an innocent might spend a long time behind bars. Evey we few years we hear about these kind of stories about convicted prisoners getting released because the...

I am not talking about reasoning of if he did it or why he did it. He probably did pay those guys to kill her , but then again with such shoddy evidence we will never know for sure. I am appalled at the quality of investigation in this case Sent from my GT-P7500 using Tapatalk 2

That is called Over analyzing things. The case against dewani is pretty weak. Being gay or bi is not a crime, that's the only evidence the cops have. Any confession and evidence by the convicted killers is highly prejudiced. The cops should have done a better job collecting evidence, maybe even a...
