Catching up on this, went to the old link for the house listing - it's back on the market and under contract: 8312 Arlene Acres Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 - 3 beds/2 baths . Seems to have taken a long time and it's not even completely redone.

I have seen a few mentions about the crime scene/area, with people surprised that it is so easily accessible given there still appear to be searches ongoing. I thought this as well, but then wondered - is it possible this is on purpose, with LE hoping the perp will revisit the area?

Just curious, but did anyone else notice there were a couple of misspellings in the first paragraph of the RN (business and possession), but then none after? That to me indicates an adult trying to make it look like someone else wrote the note, but then, as he/she got further along, forgetting...

I can't comment on how it is in more recent years, but 20 years ago you would have to go before the disciplinary board, but no one ever got kicked out of school or even the dorms for it.
