My opinion and it’s literally jmo so conjecture is that the principles and moral convictions have to do with driving while intoxicated. If so, you’re right it’s scary because you can’t choose guilty to a charge that doesn’t have sufficient evidence for all facets of the charge in question.
Yes seems to me there should have been instructions to take each charge individually and complete applicable portion of form upon final vote of each individual charge.
That’s impossible in the sense that most people that hire dog walkers do so based on the fact they themselves may be absent from the home to walk said dog themselves. Thus the walker would need to enter the home to retrieve the dog and walk it.
Well that was their reason for being at Proctors house together, supposedly speaking to Lizzie Proctor, but yes given they typically didn’t associate it’s not too hard to piece together they were really there to coordinate with Proctor himself.
By making sure their friend Proctor was on the matter and thus wouldn’t question them and due to the relationship he didn’t. Then they all denied the relationship on top of that.
That’s what puzzles me in relation to JOK family. Even if the McAlberts did nothing physically to JOK, they indeed meddled in the investigation to the point there will be nothing but doubt. You’d think the O’Keefes would be just as angry with them for that.
This is a really interesting piece that supplies some real insight why MSP and certain key troopers are getting some real side eye in these matters. The funny part is that they play at not understanding why.
Paul O’Keefe was found NG of OUI from accident where significant injury occurred but was found guilty of negligent operation and received 1 year probation. That was in 2020.
I am speechless at this, but strangely not incredulous as well. Seems like par for what has been the course in this case and in this courtroom. Shameful.
