    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #30 *Arrest*

Ah, that's what I thought (I just googled it too). Well..hate to sound morbid but I would hate to think he umm..cremated her? That was actually one of my initial thoughts but that would seem pretty damn difficult to do in this area, and I would think that the smell of a burning body would be...

From the OdoBan website: Fire restoration? What's that mean?

Ah I should have phrased that differently, no, I definitely don't think that drugs & alcohol caused the lying. But I do think drugs & alcohol exacerbated the problem.

Since he had 4 days to hide her, I kinda think that he drove far, far away somewhere in the middle of nowhere and dumped her somewhere... Texas is big after all. Do we have a list of all the locations that have been searched? With a map perhaps? That would be helpful.

    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #30 *Arrest*

I agree with this sentiment. He may or may not be a "sociopath", but we don't really know what his personality truly is like unless we know him personally. According to his coworkers, he was a "outgoing, regular guy" before he was promoted. I even heard someone who sorta knew him say that he was...

How do we know that she's prescribed? Not trying to be snarky, just wondering if I missed that discussion.

I don't really agree with him being a sociopath/anti-social because he takes Adderall, but I do agree that he may have some psychological issues. Like I've said before, I think he has anger management issues. Combine that with lots of alcohol and drugs, and he's bound to snap at some point...

I know I'm a little behind on EA's spring.me profile discussion but I gotta laugh at that top question. So obviously asked by a sleuther or someone trying to dig up some information. :floorlaugh: http://new.spring.me/#!/user/earochi/timeline/responses Assuming that was asked after the whole...

http://www.truecrimeradio.com/radio-archives/jonni-mcelroy-beth-karas-radio-archive-dec-2014/ At about 35:45 Jonni talks about it...after listening to it again she doesn't flat out say "window peeping", but she does say "looked through her window". Just wanted to make sure I wasn't putting...

At the 18:44 mark in the radio interview w/ Jonni, she states that EA was invited by PP. http://www.truecrimeradio.com/radio-archives/jonni-mcelroy-beth-karas-radio-archive-dec-2014/ Maybe I'm too forgiving, and I'm not saying that I don't think EA was involved, I do think he was involved and...

Do we know for sure that she said she was fine to drive to SN? I'm a little behind on the details, I did see that she called him to let him know she was still walking to the car. I'm also a little confused as to whether her car keys were found or not. I thought I read somewhere that her car keys...

    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #29 *Arrest*

Here's what I think happened: EA decides to leave party after getting "rejected". CM decides to go with him because the party is dying down/things are getting awkward/she wants to go home/who knows. Her phone dies, or is low so she asks EA to use his to call/text HF to leave the door open...

Habeus corpus means that the prisoner will come to the court in person, and they will judge whether they are being detained legally. So, in relation to the Motion to Preserve Evidence, which "forces the prosecution to preserve all evidence until a defense investigator or expert can evaluate the...

    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #28 *Arrest*

According to www.law.cornell.edu: So from what I gather, it's a way present the case before a federal court, and in many cases to judge whether that prisoner is being legally detained. If the custodian (prison official) is unable to prove legally prove the prisoners detainment, the federal...

Exactly! I dunno if PPD has cadaver/search dogs but I think if they had used them in conjunction with DNA testing (which took months), maybe they'd be able to locate her faster. I hope they're using them now. Maybe that's why EA (allegedly) used all that ODOBAN, in case of dogs. It sucks that...

    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #28 *Arrest*

This has probably been discussed before...but were dogs not used to immediately search the area and EA's car or around his home when CM was reported missing? That seems like the logical thing to do. I know about the cadaver dogs but that was months later, and they seemed to have gotten a hit on...

Not sure if this has been posted already but a neighbor of EA interviewed in this video at about 1:30 mark says EA scared her. http://crimeblog.dallasnews.com/2014/12/24-year-old-allen-man-arrested-in-connection-with-disappearance-of-christina-morris.html/
