That's what I've been sensing all along - that there was some sort of altercation at the front door of Kildares before Shane headed toward the nail salon or after he arrived at the parking lot. Nothing concrete, just a strong feeling that someone contributed to Shane entering the water...

Just came across an interesting comment left at the end of this article: Body Pulled From Schuylkill River Is Shane Montgomery: Family The body of missing college student Shane Montgomery was found Saturday. His heartbroken uncle spoke to NBC10's Christine Maddela about the tragic end to the...

Thank you, DetPac for the confirmation. Thank you, also, for your work on this case. So sad. Prayers for Shane's family and friends, as well as the community.

Found a YouTube video of Kildares Manayunk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsoGMdcUhsw It illustrates how dark and crowded the dance floor can get.

Read a new article about Garden State Underwater Recovery Unit's search for Shane this morning - the last section broke my heart (BBM) : As for the Montgomerys, words can hardly describe their appreciation, says Shane's godfather, Kevin Verbrugge. "They're like angels," he said. "When they're...

I would imagine PA requires a liquor license for a business that serves alcohol to operate, correct? I would check to see if they've had any violation. Also, the county clerk's office would have record of litigation where Kildares was the named defendant.

It happens sometimes, especially if the business could be held legally liable for negligence or wrongful acts. In most of the cases I have followed, businesses that are not directly involved are usually cooperative. And businesses, if approached informally by LE or the family, are not...

Agreed - especially if you take Kevin's confirmation from the DJ who was working on the first floor that the incident did not involve him - it's only logical that the DJ incident must have occurred on the second floor with the other DJ and the relative escorted Shane from the second floor to the...

Here's another version from another article at www.phillymag.com/news/2014/12/02/reward-shane-montgomerys-disappearance-rises-25000/ (BBM): "Jim Townsend, the Director of Operations of Kildare’s, explained Monday that there was no altercation or friction surrounding Shane’s departure from...

What do we know about the distant relative/employee of Kildares that supposedly escorted Shane to the front door of Kildares? Has that person ever been named in the media? Do we know how they are supposedly related? Has this person been researched on social media?

I agree with you Trident. I've been following cases on boards like this for more than a decade and this is the first time I've seen a veil of secrecy from all sides. In most cases, if LE have very little to go on and there is a growing public interest in the case, they request and welcome...
