Random thought on DNA comparisons from volunteers (like the Fronczaks). I dont remember where i heard it, but DNA that is NOT from a criminal(rapist, killer, etc) cannot be used/compared at will without the person specifically saying so. So THEIR DNA cant be compared to say open unsolved crimes...
