I noticed the dates were off but the Puget Sound is increadibly cold which could slow decomp. Especially if the body was weighted down. I'm local to where this UID was found/Jeremiah went missing and we don't get a lot of disappearances or UID's.

As far as speculated hearing loss.... I have 2 boys perfect hearing, 8 and 11. When they are distracted they are oblivious. Put them in a stressful situaation, the blood pumping through their ears might be deafening. Kids are not adults, they do not act or react as we would. RIP little man.

First time post. Sorry if it is wrong. But to answer, both my kids have allergies and dark circles under the eyes is common. My kids are also very pale, much like Jerlod, because of that it looks darker than it actually is. He looks like a healthy happy kiddo, my heart aches. RIP sweet baby
