When I called for Ms. Berg I was told I had the wrong number (the one listed on the site) for her. I can try again, but I was confused by this. I was only able to turn it into the TX office, they had me email it.

Oh wow, thanks for posting this. :) I really think it matches up pretty well, and if you notice, Lupe wasn't reported missing for two years after his disappearance, so when they found the John Doe, Lupe wouldn't've shown up as a potential match for years. I emailed the info to Texas officials...
