Deceased/Not Found CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #4

Heidi's friend was also speaking early on but now, according to a cousin of Heidi, family and friends have been told by LE to just stop and let them do their job.

Of course embezzlement could be on the list of side hustles, IMO

Right, we don't have anywhere near all the info to make any judgements but I notice a lot of posts are villainizing the ex without cause.

I'm sure that there is truth to these accusations. There's probably a police report from the day the neighbors called LE when HP was turning on and off the breaker. JW could get into a lot of trouble if he was caught lying to the court.

CA CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #2

Her income is what has struck me as odd. I don't think she could be maintaining her lifestyle on what's being reported in the media. HP either has another source of income or she's heavily in debt. Her lawyer fees alone are probably very high because it sounds like she's in and of court a lot...

IMO the son could've known the passwords for her devises because he spent 1/2 the week at her home and needed the computer to do homework and such.

CA CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #2

The son was worried from day one because he talked to his mom everyday. When he couldn't get ahold of his mom, he called D because she had a key to the house. I don't think JW was too worried because he told his son, mom would be at the school to pick him up on Wed. When that didn't happened...

It sounds like the child needed therapy because mom was missing. IDK, but maybe both parents have to give approval when a child needs treatment if there's a share custody agreement. So it makes sense JW would need to go to court to obtain full custody so the child could be treated. IMO

2015.11.30 IRS Tax Lien Form 1040 for the year ending 2013

"A federal tax lien is a legal claim to your property, including property that you acquire after the lien arises. The federal tax lien arises automatically when you fail to pay in full the taxes you owe within ten days after we make an assessment of the tax and send the...

Dr. Teresa Sievers - Motives and Theories (Including MS speculation)

Exactly right, insurance can be a motive for murder for a variety of reasons. But just because a person had a life insurance policy before they died is not significant, actually its normal. At this point we don't have any facts or we don't even know if there was a policy. But I would highly...

Dr. Teresa Sievers - Motives and Theories (Including MS speculation)

The reality of life insurance is, the vast majority of responsible, loving families have life insurance. There is a whole business devoted to selling life insurance polices, therefore life insurance doesn't equate to murder. So just because there may or may not be a life insurance isn't...

2015.11.13 NBC2 Interview with Teresa's mother and sister, Annie Lisa

I believe LE still has access to JR even though he's federal prison. If he has information that's pertinent to the arrest of a person involved in this case, LE will use his info to get the suspect off the streets ASAP. I don't think LE would wait months and months to arrest someone just...

2015.11.13 NBC2 Interview with Teresa's mother and sister, Annie Lisa

LE will arrest whoever else (MS, etc.) when they have enough evidence, there would be no need to wait. I don't think LE wants a criminal running around on the streets.

Dr. Teresa Sievers - Motives and Theories (Including MS speculation)

I don't think LE is giving the media a heads up because the media follows him around everywhere he goes. In fact, SMS told the media to leave him alone.

Dr. Teresa Sievers - Alternate Motives and Theories (NOT involving MS)

We don't know what LE knows. I believe they took computers from the office, TS's home and from CWW. LE has cyber experts who will discover any wrong doings of CWW. (don't worry)

Psychopaths and sociopaths are in their own little world and don't think like normal people. In a recent case, Jodi Arias traveled a many miles to attend the memorial service of her brutally murdered victim.

Your probably right, for now, but that could mean a GJ soon. When the GJ meets and charges 1st degree, that's when we will find out the primary prosecution witness is MS. IMO
