I personally doubt it, since there likely would've been a DNA match. Despite LE not coming clear on what has connected these crimes, I would assume they have some form of biological evidence that has connected all of these attacks.

Was it ever determined if Vann committed more murders than the seven known in Gary? I remember when this case broke he claimed some cases went back 20 years. Does anyone also know the the gag order is still present in this case? If so, that would obviously explain why we haven't heard anything...

While it seems like a stretch, it should still be considered imo. It appears this guy went through great lengths to satisfy his "urges" and I definitely wouldn't put child snatching behind him. Not to mention, hypothetically, if RE does have a history of this going back prior to the bear brook...

JMO, but I think people saying JDW could be responsible for murders dating back to the 1970s are going way too far back. He would've been in his teens at the time, and it's extremely rare for a serial killer to being their "career" that early. Personally, I think the farthest we should go back...

Has to be, Padgett posted a "certificate of discharge" from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation that was dated 07/09/2015. He obviously has a history, I wonder if there are other victims.

It generally depends on the offender, but they usually commit their first crimes closer to home. I'm hoping investigators can compile a list of possible travels Willis took, since I really doubt he stayed in Western Michigan (let alone Muskegon county) his entire life.
