I am interested in the current charge. Depraved mind.no premeditation. The definition seems to imply behavior that is either reckless, or non caring that can ultimately results in the disregard of another,
resulting in death. Was she pistol whipped? Beat about the head....as in to "scare"...
The word "retired" has always bothered me. Especially when CWW still appeared to "work" at times. "Retired hitman" "retired drug dealer"? jmo. Was it a tongue in cheek Reference to his past? And did he live in a trailer too? Or was that JR only?
I just wanted to say thank you to Beach. To me, you had the bombshell question and answer of the night. I would not have asked that simple question, and yet, it says so much. Thanks
I posted something previously about one theory in which MS had no hand in the death. CWW knew there were valuables ( cash, guns) in a safe or safes in the house. ( I knew of one doctor that kept all cash in a safe in the home for years....a lot of $$$$). My theory is that CWW knew about...
To the idea that MS said there was nothing missing....in this thought process ( unlike my other posts) I theorize he was involved. He says nothing was missing from the safe.....except for the payday. Cash, which may or may not have been "fully accounted for" from the office and over time. Would...
I have been thinking about that too and come up with two ideas:
1). He rec'd a call saying that she had landed safely. We don't know if she was to check in when she got home. If she was supposed to and didn't, that would have been my "maybe she forgot, or fell asleep " moment. Combine that with...
Two possibilities regarding MS not talking to media or SIL:
1) very early on he knew he was a suspect and retained a lawyer who advised no media, no talking
2) AL may have had an outburst on MS out of anger and despair for her sister and he now has no reason to call her because she cut him off...
I agree. I am not sure how much more complicated this gets. The connectivity has been explained. This is not your average on the spot homicide. There is connectivity. I think this is almost finished.
If the simplest answer is commonly the correct answer, and people murder mostly for love, money or jealousy, then I post a simple ( based on the minds of the known perps so far) theory that does NOT involve MS:
WW knows the nature of the office business. Bluntly, cash is collected, sometimes...
I found an interesting post/comment on Facebook made by Mark Seivers. He was commenting on a picture of a man ( who is on Facebook) who was pictured with the suspect and his girlfriend /wife. So there is a connection somehow.
