If you google image search for a better quality picture those furniture shadows are clearly reflections off the decking oil. Also theres a wall right behind it so cant be a shadow. Photo taken around 9:14am (plus or minus 20 seconds).

I used the correct address but then moved the placemark onto the deck for more precision, but for some reason that changed the address. Position 7 that you suggest is just after sunrise (they are projected shadow lines so the sun is to the east). Those shadows on furniture you are referring to...
I respectively disagree on the use of the phrase great sleuthing. All papertrail said, without any evidence, was theres no way the photo could have been taken before 10:30 because of the shadows.

There are heaps of small creeks coming off the hills. Those wouldn't hold much water. As the terrain gets flatter you start seeing many small dams, but the creeks still wouldn't flow regularly. There doesn't appear to be any significant waterway until a lot further south where Jacksons Creek...
