Found Deceased Jay Slater, 19, missing on holiday in Tenerife, 17 June 2024

£30k is quite a tidy sum if someone wanted to hide out in another Country because they were on the run from something, for example. JMO, of course, and purely hypothetical.

Found Deceased Jay Slater, 19, missing on holiday in Tenerife, 17 June 2024

There’s now a post on the Facebook Group with a screenshot from what appears to be from Jay’s Snapchat indicating someone knows where he is.

Especially when paired with his Aunt saying his Mother has received voice notes on her phone, from “men with a northern accent” saying they had him and he owed them money.

I have a feeling all the publicity may die down very quickly and very suddenly. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/23701712.eight-handed-community-rehabilitation-orders-attack/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR0evBgjLPMpZjo2cPrRa4X4GtwXlxKHLyg0qhvZS-dIjUCzfE0GoV6-Vh4_aem_ZmFrZWR1bW15MTZieXRlcw

UK UK - Sarah Everard, 33, London - Clapham Common area, 3 March 2021 *Arrests* #6

There’s several women on another Forum saying WC was very active on Tinder. Coukd he have arranged to meet someone via that and mistakenly assumed it was Sarah and so that’s how he initially approached her. They laugh it off, cringe at the awkwardness and then he turns.

UK UK - Sarah Everard, 33, London - Clapham Common area, 3 March 2021 #4 *Arrests*

My thoughts : - 1) Random Attack - unlikely. What was he doing in that area? How did no one see / hear anything ? 2) Perp is known to victim - no clear link which leads me to 3) A link between the perp and the friend Sarah visited perhaps?

Found Deceased UK - Lindsay Birbeck, 47, Accrington, 12 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

Same here, part of me wonders itf he’s being framed by the real perp but I don’t want to believe the police are that naive.

Found Deceased UK - Lindsay Birbeck, 47, Accrington, 12 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

I’m shocked that he has been charged. I would not be surprised if there are more arrests to come. It just doesn’t add up to me. Where does a 16 year old store a body?

Found Deceased UK - Lindsay Birbeck, 47, Accrington, 12 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

All the cemeteries I have visited have numerous council wheelie bins scattered throughout, identical to those used for household waste. They are for visitors to dispose of flowers, wrappers etc.

Found Deceased UK - Lindsay Birbeck, 47, Accrington, 12 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

As big as those wheelie bins are, getting a 5”11 body in one is quite the task. Especially if you are smaller or of a similar build. The dog walker would have had to have spotted something that made them contact the police and for it then to have been given high priority to result in LE...

Found Deceased UK - Lindsay Birbeck, 47, Accrington, 12 Aug 2019 *Arrest*

It’s a simple alibi perhaps? “You’re vehicle was captured entering the cemetery on *advertiser censored* at xx” “Yes, I was visiting the grave of ...” It’s a place where the LE would have a very difficult time saying you shouldn’t have been unless you were connected to the murder.

(Been absent from this forum for a while as I forgot my password but have been following this case as it’s fairly local to me). My thoughts are :- There was not a body in the bin (for reasons as stated above by a previous poster). Following on from the above, I think the initial “object” that...
