. How in the very least did BD not have a Social Worker. It's clear this family was in need of services. In the very least the school social worker should have been present knowing his current functioning. Makes me sick.
He did an AMA on Reddit, the more he talks the more ridiculous he sounds. He was bashing zellner, and being a complete embarrassment to the Innocence Project. This article was published in earlier September and speaks volumes it's unclear to me how he's even apart of the Innocence Project hope...
That entire investigation is a joke, including the judge who allowed such an escapade is beyond me. Apparently they pick & choose which laws apply to them over there. Such an embrassment to Wisconsin.
I just seen this, sorry for the late response. I don't live close enough that. In 2005, I did think he was guilty, the press coverage was unbelievable, and at that point we all thought m county was staying out of it which now we know is not true.
They couldn't stay away from investigation & avoid all ascustions of planting because if they weren't involved he wouldn't be in custody. All of there lives were on the line In terms of finances, reputations, and jobs. I have no issue making that leap.
I think it's sad, but also think it's starting to be a common theme in that neck of the woods. It's actually sickening, because they continually defend themselves, yet now there is ANOTHER case. That poor mother. Ill be interested to see with all this comming out if blame starts getting shifted.
I really do think justice will prevail but the state isn't gonna make it easy. I also think if planting is proved these people should be prosecuted to the full extent. It's sickening that people that are in a position to protect think they are above the law. They need to be treated like the rest...
I think he was framed. In addition, I think BD was used to obtain a confession because they did not have enough evidence so sad. I also think the defense was so limited on what they could do/present and they still put on quite a defense for being put on such an uphill slog. the locals are...
This absolutely infuriates me. There is a mountain of evidence proving Wisconsin handled this investigation so poorly. To come out and say the documentary is an injustice is so laughable. The Avery trial both times is an injustice. These people really believe there above the law. Can't wait for...
Does anyone know his defense attorneys track record? If he goes in there with this defense about being an over worked "emotionally abused" husband I'm gonna come unglued.
I am also from Wisconsin, I remember there being heavy coverage, I feel the same as you. I also find it interesting other people's prospectives who aren't from Wisconsin, who don't know what living in a small town is like. Very interesting.
