I too was hoping for a 2nd autopsy. But I will honor their faith and trust in the detectives and homicide unit. I believe there will be an arrest soon, just my own thought, not based on any knowledge.
I agree. I was hoping for a 2nd autopsy by another coroner, an expert in these cases. As part of building a good case against whomever. But I understand the family's need to give Joey rest.

Joey texted "Jnhstiog" and Matt texted "Are you there?" Which might mean he knew Joey was going to that place. If he did not understand what it meant he might have texted "?" or "what?" instead.

News is considered entertainment these days and as such, they will use wording that pulls heartstrings, creates anxiety, anything to keep people following. There are no morals and few ethics in news reporting these days.

I agree, when the police are playing it close to the vest, I believe they are working leads. It's the rest of us who are eager for any tidbit of information. I don't know if that is why no billboards or reward but I believe the family was following good advice from the police.
