Laura Babcock: Dellen Millard & Mark Smich charged w/ Murder in the First Degree #3

If he gets convicted of 3 separate murders would he not be considered a serial killer? He could be labeled a dangerous offender and that would definitely affect his chances for parole.

Laura Babcock: Dellen Millard & Mark Smich charged w/ Murder in the First Degree #3

Is Ann Brocklehurst‏ the only one covering the trial? I haven't been able to find an article about the fact that Millard is self representing, only a tweet.

    Christina Noudga Trial Thread 11.22.16

As a night person I wouldn't question this myself, but i would question why someone would want me to wear gloves to do the job, regardless of the time of day.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #3

I just started reading last night and to me it doesn't entirely come across like this in the book, but rather as people trying to understand and rationalize... why Tim? In the early days if you didn't know Tim personally it seemed far fetched to think someone would have been murdered for a...

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #3

I'm not at all convinced millard will qualify for legal aid. Not if his mom, who he transferred assets to after his arrest, could fund his defense. I remember reading about Richard Wells, who did more or less the same thing and it was a huge scandal. I can't see legal aid making the same...

I've never been this invested in a trial before, and I hope to never be again. I grew up in rural ancaster. Tim and I went to the same highschool, he was a grade ahead of me. Sharlene and Tim's home is very close to my childhood home, where my parents still live. The bus I took home from...
