I find myself with a bunch of mixed feelings the trial. I'm very happy DM and MS were found guilty of 1st degree murder and that neither of them got off with a lesser charge. I'm sad for Tim's family, of course. I'm very frustrated that so many people in DM and SM's circle have committed...
I disagree. I think CN really pi$$ed off the Crown and I think they are going to throw the book at her.
Is there really a publication ban on her trial ? I hope it gets lifted.
It definitely wouldn't have been because the Yukon smelled of weed or that he was driving the red truck pulling a big trailer in the middle of the night. That wouldn't arouse suspicion at all.
Good work, police !
MS holds the gun far into the cab, about at DM's right shoulder. Maybe a bit past his nose. Maybe TB was yelling at DM to take him home and MS snapped. Awful to think about.
I think CN and MB took care of the gun. CN because she is in on the LB murder. MB because she was trying to protect her son. They did it right after they wiped the fingerprints off the trailer. We know that CN called up MS that night, asking questions. She asked him about the gun. He still...
That will change when DM gets on the stand and tells the jury that MS carried the gun into the truck. DM had no place to conceal it. SB already testified he wasn't wearing a man purse.
DM will maybe say that MS had the gun in the Yukon and when they stopped he went up to the truck's...
I think something changed between yesterday and this morning. When the judge ended things yesterday, given what happened today, it would have been appropriate for TD to say he could wrap things up in 5 minutes, thus saving the the need to meet today. The judge apologized to the jury this...
Matching it to the shell casing ? Matching it to the pictures ?
Agreed, but it is another feather in MS's cap in helping provide the truth to a trial in which it has been lacking.
Not sure about that.
I think MS's credibility would have gone way up if he now led investigators to where the gun was. That would have been huge ! I think that would have sealed a lesser charge for him. But... I bet there is a reason he "doesn't know" where the gun is. I'm also pretty sure he didn't bury it...
I wish witnesses would just tell the truth and we could get the trials over with. None of these witnesses are fooling anyone. So far everyone is clearly guilty. All they are doing is wasting time, ruining their credibility and giving the jury more incentive to find them guilty.
It doesn't matter what MS said happened to the gun, he knows where it is. And he is not telling. As far as I am concerned he is covering up for something or someone. His credibility just took a huge nose dive. He is no better than the rest.
I also don't believe he didn't know that DM was...

If MS knew DM brought the gun and they texted about fireworks, fireside chairs and sausages, he is getting 1st degree.
