I recall 6-8 weeks to get DNA results on the bloody shirt from the dry cleaners. IMO there may be additional evidence from the scene undergoing similar testing. When the results come in that may seal the case. Tic Tock SWAT perp, your time is nearly up.

Now you’re walking on the fighting side of all us horsemen. Any one that has spent enough time in the saddle to become bold legged has enough horse sense and patience to stay well away of a homicide in my opinion. Just showing off my prejudice but I’ll bet my best mare, SWAT PAT is not a horseman.

My father served on a Texas the Grand Jury in the county north of Midlothian and yes they look at the evidence and the case that the DA and LE have pulled together and the grand jury determines whether to issue and indictment or not.

Good Points, we just don't know enough about what LE does or doesn't know to draw conclusions. IMO

To use your argument against you, If LE knows the perp why not arrest on B&E chargelock then up and then work on putting all the pieces together, interrogate, execute search warrants, etc...

He is not clever. He hasn't gotten clean away. He is evil and he is in more danger than he poses.

There have been several postings on here about how calculated, well planned and intelligent the perp was. HE WAS NOT! He ruthlessly bludgeoned a mother of three to death and that alone demonstrates his lack of intelligence. His plan was not that well calculated, it was unduly risky, evil and...

That clip starts at 1:49 and no motion of the door until 1:53. Perhaps the camera triggered with motion seen on the other side of the door through a window in the door?

Here is an idea concerning how and where the perp fled. Across highway 287 from Creekside Church of Christ there is a house with a surrounding security wall. The house has a listing on Zillow and it may be vacant. Locals might be able to dispel this idea quickly but IMO this location would...

    TX - Terri 'Missy' Bevers,45, murdered in church/person in SWAT gear,18 Apr 2016 #17

In the perp’s planning process did they consider that the victim would initially be cautious about entering a building alone at 5:00 am and upon seeing signs of forced entry that the victim might immediately call 911. I know that this is not what happens but it could have easily happen...

Reviewing that story I found no use of the word "shot" no new information here

So if MB arrives to church and sees signs of forced entry, broken glass, etc. Why does she not call 911 immediately and retreat to her vehicle? I think there is a natural inquisitiveness to see what has happened, but an over riding sense of caution may have saved her life. Swatperp wasn't that...
