I just wanted to say that I have been known to bake and eat an entire batch of cinnamon rolls all on my own depending on my emotional state, mood, hormones, etc. I'm not petite but I'm not overweight either. Sometimes I just feel like eating my feelings and cinnamon rolls are comfort food.
My husband said "that's it?" when the show finished and I told him it would take a 12 part series to properly cover the details. He knows more than someone who has only seen this episode of Dateline, but not nearly all of it. I hope people who saw this but didn't know much about the case will...
I’m watching the first 40 minutes but then I have to go pick my son up from work. Thankfully I have a DVR so I can finish it when I get back. I’ll need the breather, I think. I’m already crying. Seeing Terry’s tears just ripped my heart open.
I feel like the lack of physical evidence was a combo of luck and planning. They obviously thought it out enough to disable the black box in the truck, make the initial call from the payphone and keep Heather's DNA from being found on anything of their own. I think there was a lot of paranoia...
It's been awhile since I've watched 20/20, but I don't remember them ever really editing someone like Tammy in a sympathetic way. I'm hoping with the guilty verdict that they will portray her as the villain she is.
I find it hard to believe that a man that's smart enough to become a lawyer can't see the obvious. I'm wondering now if he even looked at the evidence.
Websleuths keeps going down for me, so I wanted to just give a quick thanks to everyone for being a great and welcoming group throughout this trial (and the long years of frustration waiting for it to happen). With so much cruelty in the world, it's comforting to see so many strangers come...
It's a bittersweet victory. I'm still haunted by NL's closing statement where she says looking at the vehicles/phones moving towards PTL is like watching a horror movie and you want so badly to warn Heather to stop.
The photos of Heather shows someone who is so young and alive. It's difficult...
In regards to murder charges and conviction, I think it's going to be tough without a confession, crime scene and/or a body.
The case that brought me to websleuths was a local missing girl, Alexis Murphy. Her body has yet to be found. Her murderer was eventually tried and convicted even though...
I hope this rattles Sidney and he tells something, ANYTHING, that can bring closure to the Elvis family. He is the only one I see a glimmer of hope in when it comes to the truth. He seemed to have cared about Heather at least a little at some point. Tammy will deny it all until her dying day, I...
Oh here she goes blaming the lawyers.
I have leave now. If I can keep signal I'll try to listen to the live feed in the car.
OMG did she just say she was Heather's #1 advocate?
