Way back at the beginning of this nightmare, either someone posted here or it was reported in the news that the night Sierah went missing there was a report of some one seeing a man and woman on I believe Co. Rd. 7. The report said that the woman was stumbling. Does anyone know what became of...
Does anyone know where he was incarcerated at during the prison years? Could be possible that traveling for visits for his family created a hardship. Maybe stepfather was ill and needed constant care, no vehicle, mother afraid to drive that far, etc. There could be many reasons that he did not...
Without going back through the search warrants, I thought LE had listed evidence of prior abductions and additional victims. I would think that cover any thing they found that was not connected to SJ. Or at least be a a start for any possible additional cases.
I agree, LE just listing what they are looking for. A search warrant has to state what is being looked for, it does not give LE free reign of everything on your property, just what they are looking for. I think they were covering bases and expected to find remains.
Going off topic and backing up to previous posts...I don't think that it is inconceivable that Sierah would stop to help someone (JW) that was broken down along side the road. When you live in a small community you see the same people all the time. You don't necessarily know these people, but...
No, probable cause would allow them to search the property for Sierah. They would need the warrants before they could remove anything from the property.
I don't believe after the story he gave LE that LE left the premises to get the warrant. When securing warrants for something that is "happening now", LE will remain on the property so no evidence gets dumped and another officer goes after the warrant.
Definitely some type of issue with bikes being on their kickstands. And yes, the mean man reference. I wonder what the whole story is with the step father, was there abuse? Mommy issues because she brought the mean man into his life? Not saying his step father was an abuser, just thinking out...
Going little of topic here, but some people keep going back to LE asking if anyone had seen someone on a motorcycle in the area. What I believe is that they had already found the helmet, they were asking about the motorcycle in the area trying to find the owner of that helmet, not that some one...
I see several post a about JW transporting her on the motorcycle. I have ridden motorcycles since I was knee high. I honestly do not see how one would be able to transport an unconscious person on a motorcycle. One hand operates the throttle and the other hand operates the clutch, for the short...
Somewhere through out the posts I thought I read that the bike was found 100 yards from her house. Can anyone verify that? Could he have been waiting for her, acting injured in the field to lure her over? But then I would imagine she would have parked the bike on the road. The bike being upright...
I don't understand how he could claim inadequate representation when it is specifically what he asked. Looks like he's bringing a knive to a gun fight. He also may just be letting it all ride, using this attorney to get all his affairs in order knowing that there could be many other charges...
I live in NW Ohio and have been following this horrific story since it broke. Prayers go out to family and friends. Is anyone aware if the authorities are still searching the property? I, too, am wondering about possible other victims.
