    GUILTY GA - Natalie Henderson, 17, & Carter Davis, 17, murdered, 1 Aug 2016 #2

I'm probably in the minority but I think there is a better than average chance of an insanity defense working. I say this because there is likely extensive medical evidence of mental illness. By its very definition, people with schizophrenia lose touch with some parts of reality and have...

Or fixing her hair. The CRV does have a mirror on the visor.

I found this image on a North Carolina TV channel's website. I presume these are headed to the crime lab for analysis. The only thing I noticed was the sun visor is down on the driver's side of the Honda CR-V.

I don't think you can apply either logic or normal emotions to what happened that night. About the only thing normal that night was two teenagers finding a quite and secluded place to fool around.

Detective Bennett said the murders were not captured on video. The location of the cars and the location of the cameras on the building would support that. They were killed in a portion of the strip mall where other stores were located not directly behind the Publix that had the video cameras...

I think this was a crime of opportunity by someone that wasn't/isn't capable of logical thought. Taking the debit card and jumper cables were need based. Probably the only semi logical thought he had that night but a completely psychopathic thought. They weren't going to need the debit card...

Perhaps. "Matt" is probably someone he smoked dope with at some point. His mind is so scrambled it is hard to say. I wasn't a pen pal, let's just say I wrote in a professional capacity when I interned for an organization when I was trying to decide what to do for a career.

I had a convicted killer tell me (via a letter) to kill was like an out of body experience. He said it was like watching someone else pull the trigger. So, it isn't surprising to me that JH told different stories including he was there and saw what happened but didn't commit the murders.

If there is a trial, that will be used to show he knew the difference between right and wrong. He was trying to hide his identity and only the killer would need to do that. He is also wearing the mask pumping gas after he stole her debit card which was confirmed by video evidence.

I think it is important to remember that the sole purpose of the hearing was to establish probable cause. They used JH's words in the interview against him to establish the probable cause without giving away much of the evidence they have gathered. This doesn't mean that his words are what...
