Nope the 24hr cafe hasn't been 24hr for a good few years now There are lots of American service personel living in the village though, but at random places throughout not a seperate area

Something I've just read but know nothing about....apparently the type of phone Corrie has holds 2 sim cards & COULD support 2 different networks at the same time??

Yep it could be any of those reasons,or someone who wanted to leave the area quickly with the least chance of bumping into police

Cannon street,it's one way for about 150 yards then becomes 2-way

Yep I wasn't sure on that. So there's nowhere local to Barton mills that a bin lorry would empty out. That doesn't explain a signal from his phone being in the area from 430 am until 8am

there is/was (?) A landfill/recycling facility at Lackford, halfway along the A1101. Even though it's not on the map it's still signposted from the road

I do wonder about this, his sexuality (or other people's perception of it) shouldn't be relevant in this day & age, but at the same time I don't think it can be totally dismissed After 3 years living/working/socialising so far away from his family, I think it's possible they may not know all the...

There is "one particular" blue bin there, all the rest are red & identical. probably a different company/ service provider? But all there is at Barton mills that I know of which could possibly relate to this is a parking yard for local authority vehicles, including gritting lorries...

I only found out what a DA notice was last night so I'm not totally understanding it. Does it mean that no further reporting in the media is allowed? Does it mean that existing articles have to be removed from web searches etc?? Or possibly neither, as this is a new article posted earlier...

Nothing different to what's been discussed already My gut feeling was "hurry back to the hotel" all the nightlife & eateries open that late are within a very tight area, after leaving there it was very quiet I think the only way he could have vanished is in a vehicle via Short Brackland & Cannon...

No I think it's signed up further down as a permit zone/ residents parking only The area where Corrie "vanished" into is all access to businesses, Superdrug (who I have seen taking deliveries during the night in other towns) Greggs & Carphone Warehouse to name a few. As for chancing it, I did a...

Yeah I think this was driven out of high spirited incidents which has happened. My clubbing days in Bury St Edmunds (my hometown) are rare now, but the fact of him driving into town alone & leaving alone at the end of the night doesn't really fit the norm over there

I am reasonably local to the area. It could be of no relevance at all, but a few years back there was a temporary ban/curfew put in place which meant base personnel weren't allowed to be in licenced premises in Bury St Edmunds after 11pm. This was reported in one of the local papers & the...

Is there any standard length of time when this could change from Corrie being considered a missing person to being reported/ treated as going AWOL?

If the comments on the FB page are correct & a "D-Notice" has been issued, wouldn't the investigation be taken over by military police instead of local constabulary?

"As most will now know, I have a counter terrorism background. My observation is that the attempted abduction only 20 miles away in Marham 2 weeks prior to Corrie’s disappearance was ASSUMED to be a terrorist group. No evidence has been shared to validate that assumption." It happened in July...

I'm not sure how they can tell the difference if the phone was switched off or it just ran out of battery power?

I'm still puzzled that none of his friends have made any kind of public appeal? I can perhaps understand why people who are also in the military services wouldn't, but from the photos & information that's come to light he must have kept in touch with other people too? I read people talking about...
