IMO, it's more reasonable to think that the bodies were deposited along one direction of roadway. I doubt that the placement was directionally significant.
If I had to guess, the butterfly fabric and the crochet blanket are separate items.
Again, pure speculation, but I don't think the crochet blanket has been shared because, well, it was wrapped around a very decomposed body. I wish there was clarity about where the butterfly fabric comes into...
I agree with this. One other thought I have, given the limited info that we have, is that Savannah may have been leaving work if she is a bartender.
This case reminds me of one a few years ago. A young woman in Kansas City went missing after leaving work in the early morning hours and sadly...
Yikes, how concerning! I'm sure that this will cause the jail from which he escaped to examine their protocol. Hard to believe that he was allowed to leave without a confirmed MH appointment, and crazy that it took hours to realize that the two were missingo_O:eek:
I think the perspective must be making things wonky. His head looks itty bitty and the rest of him huge. Hopefully the listed size is based on relation to other things and not just how he looks in this still.
Perhaps an aside, but has it been stated that Lena doesn't speak English? I would expect that she does, as she's lived most of her life in the US. I haven't seen it stated either way, but certainly haven't read exhaustively.
Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse. I've been known to do so :D
Since she wasn't seen after 5:07 (as far as I can tell, last sighting was 4:49), shouldn't the FBI be looking for sightings of Lena at any time after 4:49? That's what confuses me.
I understand directing attention to that span of...
Yes that is the time frame, as I understand it.
My confusion is why the request for sightings ends at 5:07.
Wouldn't it be normal to say something like: "we want to talk to anybody who saw Lena after 4:49 AND to anybody who saw anything unusual in the area, specifically from 4:49 to 5:07"?
Just posted a question on this exact point, which I'm also hung up on. Unless it's a badly phrased question on their part, the end of that 17 minute window must signify something.
I'm confused on one point and hoping somebody here can clear it up.
The FBI's 17 minute window of time is throwing me off. They are asking for sightings of Lena during this time. (4:49- 5:07 I believe).
Shouldn't they be asking about sightings of anything/ anyone unusual during this time? Why...
Thanks for that link. Very interesting poster issued by the FBI. Two things stand out to me:
Still no DOB listed. I can't think why that could beo_O
The mention of contacting a US consulate makes me wonder if the FBI has reason to think that Lina has been taken out of the country.
I wish we...
Trace Evidence just released a podcast on Star. He always does very thorough, deep dives. I haven't listened yet.
This case is simply shocking. It really speaks to the worst of humanity that 13 people were witnesses to a brutal killing, and have continued to remain silent. Even worse that this...
Hi neighbor! I'm local too. It just raises a lot of questions when the adults around a child can't say when he was last seen. Obviously, and tragically, the last person besides his abductor, might have been his deceased mom:( Was she jst now identified? Discovered? or did they just now realize...
I'm concerned about the conflicting info that i'm seeing in regards to the last sighting of little Major.
According to this article he was lost seen in La Crosse, WI in Oct. 9th.
Amber Alert: Milwaukee police searching for missing 3-year-old boy
According to another article though, "Major...
