    Can you elaborate on why you believe LISK is a police officer from LI who works in or near Queens? I have similar suspicions that NYPD officer who lives in LI may be involved, specifically NYPD officer who has ties to rumored suspect.

They are corrupt and leadership well knows that many prostitutes can be traced back to members of the police department including high ranking members.     In episode 3 of the A&E special, they briefly show a burlap sack at the Bissett Nusery. The burlap bag shown is absolutely big enough to hold an entire human body of a petite individual.
