if you go on NYC department of corrections inmate look up and type in James name, his next court date is listed at 1/10/17 ... also can anyone add the link to where it mentions about a safe ? I've never read about that before

just picking a jury for this high profiled case is going to be tuff. I have a feeling defendants lawyers will be asking for a change in venue . looking for an impartial jury, but if so hopefully these requests will be denied.
