I think it’s already been pointed out there is no relationship. I believe it’s purely a coincidence they have the same surname. The DPP studied in Brisbane worked in Victoria and only came to WA in the last 5 or so years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Didn’t the daughter VGE have a white sonata with green p plates on it? I recall seeing it in the news when the accused was arrested. Might have been the police drove the car in for privacy of VGE? Also the sonata shows one of the google street views for madora bay. LW also had a similar model...

I don’t think the chief prosecutor is related to the car family. It appears this may just be the same surname. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

IMO - highly likely he was listening in at times. CSK was highly calculated and cunning. Wouldn’t be surprised if he listened in on phone calls and police radio Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes all storage places require ID - lots of Criminal activity has occurred in these places ie drugs stored, stolen property even a body has been stored in previous cases etc so they are very strict on requirements. I think Met made a good point the idea of a trophy box is not to be found by...

I think that theory is slightly implausible. Firstly a secured storage space ie a Koala storage unit requires you to provide ID to open the unit. Let’s say he had false id but then would require regular monthly payments usually via credit card or direct debit. Looks like The accuses would need...

Not quite sure how this is relevant - potentially relevant prior to arrest but at this point in time your suggesting that someone else has a “box” and they are putting out for curb side collection. Also was previously posted that BREs house had a skip bin after the arrest. Potentially family...

IMO there may have been some elements now that he has been arrested that may cause her alarm when she looks back into their relationship. I think he may have been controlling or highly manipulative. He may have tracked her whereabouts via GPS or tapped into her phone conversations and...

I believe CGE went to church (catholic) but whilst with BRE did not and then may have gone to church prior to his arrest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Great point PD! I'm pretty sure the Daily news article in archives mentioned there was no damage to the car... As you mentioned the car was towed out of the surf hence the damage. There was video of this and I'm relying on memory but Channel 9 Perth during the late 90s did a 2 hour special...

Super random thought. I was just in a bus and saw a marked Telstra car. If the signage was previously magnetic and removed you could be mistaken that this was an undercover police car. There is a radio in it and also antennas. I've attached a photo sorry it's crap the bus has some wrap around...

I saw a Bollywood one on Netflix with subtitles, Main aur Charles (2015) it's rumours he never got paid for it because the story was told thru the eyes of a cop that nabbed him in India and hence paid the royalties to the cop. But his Wikipedia states he got 15 million for his life story. His...

Isn't it interesting that we have seen a spate of 90s cases being solved via DNA evidence and retesting items... Most of these cases are coming thru with guilty "Barry was not caught until May last year after advancements in DNA technology allowed police to link him to the crimes."...

I have a theory in relation to the failed attempts. To date the only picture we have seen of BRE during the late 80s - 90s is a school picture the next set is some of him playing footy in the 2000s. We don't know exactly what he looked liked at that period of time we can only make assumptions...

Yeah I noticed that - I think journalist got that wrong! But it does talk about the car battery and lights... I find it strange the uniform was only handed to police a year after she disappeared but the article states it was found when she went missing! Does this mean she had a kebab with...
