I know humans like to look for patterns and sometimes we look for ones where there aren't any. I'm guilty of this on many UIDs but this case doesn't seem like a SK to me. In the past I thought that maybe some other UIDs were connected but I'm thinking this is a domestic situation.
I can say that as someone that lives in Texas I didn't know about Aransas pass until the hurricane a few years ago. Corpus, Galveston, and South Padre are pretty well known but Aransas is not as well known to folks living in Dallas or farther away.
In my experience the yearbooks from younger ages were not individual pictures but class pictures and if you missed that day, you were not in the yearbook.
