    Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996 - 1997, Perth, Western Australia - #19

I haven't walked around it, but I have driven past and it looks more like Hyde Park. It has a driveway to a carpark right next to the lake that comes off Oats St, and the end of Hampton St would be the most convenient access point from BRE's house if approaching on foot, or anywhere along...

I don't see how you could dump a vehicle of any kind, let alone a station wagon in Tomato Lake and not alert residents nearby, or leave any significant tracks leading to the water. If the WAPOL divers were searching the lake yesterday then I figure it must be for a weapon or other similar...

Tomato Lake isn't just 'near Kewdale', it's 200m from BRE's house on Acton Ave. I'm surprised WAPOL haven't already searched the lake to be honest.

Australia Australia - Claremont SK, 1996-97, Perth, WA - #13

With regards to the public holiday vs disappearance debate: Is there a link between SS disappearing on the Australia Day long weekend, allowing CSK more time to hide her body, compared to JR and CG perhaps being more quickly hidden, and therefore more easily found? Is it possible that (as...

Agreed about leaving evidence. I figure if he was meticulous and had prepped the site with a drop sheet etc, plus being potentially able to drive his car straight inside the building, then he could theoretically get away without leaving many traces.

liedoggo I think it's too far away from last known sightings to be the location of the initiating blitz attack itself. But it's a very, very conveniently short distance by car. There are a couple of residential houses on the northern and western side of the exchange, but to the south is an...

What are the main theories around where CSK took the victims immediately following abduction? I can't move past the Cottesloe Exchange as a location. My reasoning is this: With either scenario of blitz attack or convincing a victim to willingly get into his car the CSK would have to have an...

Australia Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996 - 1997, Perth, Western Australia - #12

The other thing that I've noticed about the Cottesloe Exchange location in the weeks since I checked it out is this: When you approach it from the south, heading towards Claremont, the side street that runs down the side of the exchange is angled in such a way and on the outside of the corner of...

VC (BRE step-daughter) appears to have produced at least one episode of a podcast for Central Crocs. Video snippet is on their FB page.

If that's the same SM I also found on fb with her family in her profile photo then I once knew one of her sons. The son's dad was/is a Telstra technician. Haven't seen them in around 15 years though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all, first time poster here & recent lurker (since the arrest). First up great work sleuths, it's been a thoroughly engrossing experience reading through all the threads over the past week and a bit. I live in Perth, and was a kid in the 90's, so whilst I was aware of what was happening I...
