Been doing a little poking around trying to find out where Beaver Dam Rd is and how it's associated with Avantae. Looks like it's got an Autryville address, but is in Cumberland County, instead of Sampson. Autryville 'proper' is in Sampson County. All rural anyway. Not having much luck yet.

I'm curious about where the remains were found, which was in Autryville, according to both WRAL and ABC 11. I thought it was at one of the houses. Autryville is a small community outside Fayetteville.

Correct. I found the wording of the announcement odd; usually, the headline would say “body of missing man found” or “missing man found deceased.” IMO
