Defence is to continue tomorrow, but today concentrated on pointing out where Prosecution has not been fair, has not followed court rules, has left out evidence from expert witnesses when it didn't help their case and has made up things.

Lynn said he sold on Gumtree to an Asian man. Police verified that there had been an add placed . It could be just part of his elaborate cover up, as no one came forward to say they bought it. Maybe he did dump in lake & created the add as diversion.

I agree.Dann is an excellent silk.. he has to have a solid reasonfor putting Lynn on the stand.Lynn won't buckle under cross examination, and I'm sure the whole purpose is to improve his image to jury.
