GUILTY CA - Sherri Papini, 34, Redding, fake abduction Nov 2016, ARREST MAR 2022 #25

I agree, but he set the bar pretty low IMO so this isn’t saying much about her.

Adding on to this, the parents literally gave IR an ironclad alibi for when the child disappeared. My memory is fuzzy since I haven’t visited this case for awhile, so some details might not be 100% accurate, but they said IR was fishing in the creek next to one of the parents the entire time the...

GUILTY CA - Sherri Papini, 34, Redding, fake abduction Nov 2016, ARREST MAR 2022 #25

They probably knew the ex bf was tricked into harboring Sherri with her made up abuse stories and feared he would end up in criminal trouble. If she made up stories about her own husband she very easily could make them up about the ex bf.

TX - Terri 'Missy' Bevers, 45, killed in church/suspect in SWAT gear, Midlothian, 18 Apr 2016 #47

IMO you can’t compare a dwelling, where small things of value could be stashed all over the place, to a church that will likely only have cash and electronics as things of value that would appeal to a burglar. Like there are not going to be small items like earrings, rings, etc. in a church, so...

I stand corrected. I figured the database would be larger. Great post and info. Thank you!

I don’t believe your phone stores a database of every wifi it has ever been near. Only the ones it has connected to to remember for later. Keeping a database of every wifi your phone has been near would require a lot of storage space over time.

Those would only take the temp on the surface of your skin so I’m not sure how useful/accurate they would be to take a human temp.

    Found Alive CA - Sherri Papini, 34, Redding, 2 November 2016 - #24

Thanks for this. I listened and they did an okay job but it wasn't anything new for those of us who have been following the case. They didn't even touch on the shadiness of the "ransom" or the self proclaimed hostage negotiator.

The lawsuit between him and Deorr Sr. keeps dragging on and he's not going to release the stuff until there is a final resolution and no more appeals can be made.

Well that post was rather eerie/telling in hindsight! Good find.

I'm glad to hear they are probably not involved, but they really didn't do themselves any favors with how they acted after the fact. Hopefully their "inaction" that made everybody look at them as suspects made the real perps slip up after thinking they were in the clear.

Interesting that this person also appears to have been going through a divorce that started in 2018. Maybe the two arrests were to see if one would turn on the other?

I think later in the summer months the creek will have little to no water flowing through it since all the snow from the mountains above the reservoir will have melted by then (there's not much for mountains above the reservoir). I'm looking on Google Earth and the date given is September 2014...

He doesn't actually need to see Kyle physically, he only needs to see the headlights of a vehicle pull over and stop to know he's there.

No problem! Just did a Google reverse image search.

That's a newer article about somebody that stole a purse: Police Seeking Man Who Stole Purse From LIRR Train The image probably just appeared on the same page as an article about Michael (like in a sidebar listing new articles) and that's why it came up in your image search.

Since the father is now the one pushing the lawsuit, can’t he be deposed by Klein’s lawyers? That could potentially open himself up to perjury charges down the line.

    Supreme Court Nominee #3

Allegations aside, there are other good reasons he should not be on the Supreme Court. A Supreme Court justice should be beyond reproach. I disagree with many of Gorsuch’s views but nobody can poke holes in his who he is as a person. The same cannot be said for Brett Kavanaugh.

I’m on the other side of the aisle, and I just wanted to say that comments like this give me hope. “We can do better” is an excellent way of summing this up.

What’s ironic about it is that Garland, Obama’s pick, would have had bipartisan approval across the board. It always amazes me when ppl accuse Obama of being responsible for the divisiveness in our country when he was always willing to work with the other side and meet them in the middle.
