Incorrect. Alcohol can catch up to you later. If you have been drinking and then you do a few shots or finish a drink very quickly before you leave the bar you could be able to walk out of a bar fine and have it hit you 10-15 minutes later. I'm not saying that this was the case, just pointing...
For the third time, I wasn't suggesting that he fell on to the concrete and then in the water. I suggested that he may have been close to the edge, tripped and fell in. There would be no impact hitting the water and with the water being a few feet below the ledge it would make it difficult to...
I'm not exactly sure what you asking, your comments have been difficult to comprehend. Again, I'm not suggesting he fell on any concrete. I'm suggesting he may have stumble, tripped, or fell in to the water.
Im not suggesting that he fell off of the stairs in to the water. I'm saying that he may have made his way down the stairs and to the rivers edge and fell while approaching.
We don't know for certain what the police did and didn't do. From the press conference it appears that they investigated many angles. We are hearing differently from the family. I have a hard time believing that the police lied about what they did. It seems they could have done a better job...
Even if they find that his pants were zippered it doesn't disprove the idea that he may have accidentally fell in. He could have gone down there for reasons other than to go to the bathroom. Besides, If he did go down to pee he could have stumbled walking up the the ledge.
Based on the little evidence that we have, the strongest scenario is that it was an tragic accident. I believe that the investigation will conclude with that. If the Pittsburgh police had even the slightest inkling that there was foul play involved or someone out there is preying on this...
There is absolutely no way that you can infer that he is stable and coordinated from a still picture.
I think we need to know exactly why he got kicked out of the bar and seeing the videos of him walking.
If inebriated all of these seeming illogical scenarios (going down to the river to pee)...
I don't mean to be insensitive, but your logic is flawed. His brother saying what he thinks DJ would have done doesn't make it true. He wasn't there, doesn't know what condition he was in, etc. His brother is simply looking at the best case scenario. It's a heartbreaking situation.
I am now convinced that he went down there for some reason and accidentally fell in. Swimming in open water is much different than swimming in a pool. Add alcohol, clothing weighing you down and darkness and you have a bad situation.
Unfortunately, I believe that LE has released everything that they know. At this point it would make no sense for them to continue to withhold information in fear of tipping off someone they are looking for.
There is a lot of information in this thread and I apologize if this has been covered...
Did they ever release the full footage of him walking through Katz Plaza or have they only released the still image?
I've seen a lot of people saying that he doesn't look drunk in the image but I'm not sure you can deduce that from the still image alone. The full video, as short as it may be...
I find it odd that they discounted the order as a hoax soo quickly. I wish they would be a little more transparent on how they arrived at that. Did they trace the order to another location? I would think that they would have the ability to do this...
If he is actually being held and did come...
