    IL - Stacy Ann Peterson, 23, Bolingbrook, 2007 (still missing) - #14

That was my first thought. While I would love for Stacy to be found, I find this news report to be rather odd. Also, since no one had posted about it here, I thought I would add it.

    IL - Stacy Ann Peterson, 23, Bolingbrook, 2007 (still missing) - #14

All over our news channels today. I do find it interesting that none of the articles have actually spoken with her in a current interview. They are all just quoting a particular social media website Stacy Peterson's Sister Claims to Know Location of Missing Woman's Body...

Obviously we are all frustrated with the lack of info the police give....& that is their prerogative. We do not need to know everything they know. BUT, I wonder what will be the tipping point for them to release more. Will it be when they wade through all but 1,000 tips? Or when they...

*IMO* Having a father who was LE, I agree he cannot disclose. I think the "umms" & hesitation is because he IS following a script. HE CAN'T talk about it, & is, I guarantee, tired of having to answer the same questions OVER & OVER & not slipping up with information that he & his counterparts...

ITA....when people are driving they will only really notice Abby & Libby on those other boards. It's nice their pictures are up there, but HE needs to be seen & found

It still gives a very current perspective of the area & how difficult it really is to see 40-60 ft into the trees.....whether you are standing at the edge of them or looking from a distance. Anyone wearing any kind of muted colors (such as BG & Abby are shown to be wearing)would easily blend in...

& just want to add it also shows if the person who viewed it "replayed it" & how long ago they did.

Thanks for these pictures! Could you clarify.... My map mind is very confused.......You said you entered the South end of the bridge/park/trail.....but 300 W & that house are on the north end, along with the red barriers.....or am I totally wrong??

I agree with much of this! Although I believe the picture of BG is of him walking north (say after passing them heading south & turning back around). I think Abby was standing on bridge & Libby was sitting on the edge...probably on the part that sticks out (closest to the north end/main...

civil twilight started at about 6:18-6:46....Nautical twilight from 6:46-7:18......Astronomical Twilight from 7:18-7:47 All variations of twilight are very difficult to see well in.......now add woods, deeper shadows despite no leaves on trees Touching on the girls attire & perp attire...

If they got permission after 6:30pm it was already pretty dark or close, & I'm sure difficult to see in the woods. I'm also guessing that at 6:30 there wasn't a mob of people waiting at his property line to cross & search at the moment he gave permission. Of course I just posted my thinking it...

Thank you! I have been looking for the link to the searcher start time & could remember where I read it. ITA Why start SO late? & then the volunteer searcher(s) found them within 30 minutes despite the entire previous afternoon. Seems strange to me. MOO~ *I think a lot people here are taking...

Rambling thoughts.... I think he is local, as in.......lives nearby. Reasons for this are: *If he is walking around town, nobody thinks anything out of the ordinary *if his car was parked in the parking lot where police were asking about cars from 1-5pm either the police know about it, or if it...

Yes you can, if you are in that persons "circle", So, in my family- my ds, dd & myself can 'see' each other & their history if we want to(for previous few days). If you purchase Life 360Plus you can see past 30 days. You can also see how much battery life they have. My youngest just got a phone...

It would tell LEO once they had access/potentially found their phones? or could they tell that with access to their accounts while looking for them? Do all brands do this? which we, the public, don't know which brand of phone they had...though it does seem the majority of kids have some version...

just slightly off topic but I cant help but think about it. For those who have kids/girls this age (as I have a 14 y/o girl in 8th grade), the app Life 360 *could be* very helpful in situations like this. My dd has this, & while these things with GPS are not always perfect, I feel it would have...

LOVE these maps BTW. I absolutely agree with Skibaboo on the blue circle of where the girls were found! It ties in with the police parking at the cemetery for more evidence, & visually seeing the bridge through dormant trees. If there was anyone on the bridge & happen to be looking toward crime...
