Thank you! I knew I had read it earlier today too, but forgot. Here's the link of the land owner walking the reporter around the property I'd looked at earlier today...
I saw the map outline and imo I would guess it's five acres at the very least (i'm terrible with measurements). But I was thinking as far as signs or fences, if we've seen concrete photos. There was a video linked a while back of the owner walking a reporter around, pointing to a creek (I don't...
Have we seen a map of the private property? The land owner could have acres and acres. Property in rural area like that isn't always fenced in, I know ours isn't. The perp might not even known it was private property. It's very easy in places like that to not know you're on someone's land.
So can anyone confirm or provide better speculation about the wellies that were pictured in the bag yesterday? Were they related to the bomb scare, or are they being considered as related to this case?
I'm definitely not trying to be rude, but the dailymail is not known for it's outstanding journalism. They're called the "dailyfail" elsewhere and some sites won't even let you link to them. I'd take what they're saying with a grain of salt-just so you know.
Yes. Here:

"A woman who was at the bridge commented on a Facebook post by a family member of one of the girls, saying she had been at the bridge...
Right? These aren't JNCOs. Both my husband and father wear pants like this with about a foot in height difference between them. These look like normal pants to me. Something you'd commonly see around here. Idk, nothing out of the ordinary to me.
Has it rained since the girls were found? They might be pulling the footprints. There were wellies in a bag yesterday I believe. I don't know if those ended up being related to the bomb threat or this case since that was a few jumbled pages.
A few posters are thinking this is connected with two other cases previously linked. Two girls LE listed as runaways (but left everything behind). No evidence of abduction or foul play in either of their cases yet afaik. So if this Delphi perp is connected to those two girls, it doesn't fit imo...
This is my question then, no snark. Why attempt to rape or abduct Abby then? Two victims is a HUGE risk-not saying it never happens, but it's a huge risk. The other two girls vanished without a trace, right? So if this is the same perp, why would he try to nab Abby then and there, instead of...
I completely agree. But at the same time, at the point of disappearance or abduction, they have nothing that points to foul play so I would argue that they can't-and that it would be irresponsible, for them to call it such. KWIM? LE has no way of knowing what's happened to these girls after they...
I would guess because killing two girls at the same time is exponentially different than just killing one. Even for seasoned killers, I would argue that killing two girls on a moderately popular trail, is a huge risk. I think there are the two possibilities: either this is a case of catfish-but...
Information that LE has that we don't. E.G. histories of the potential runaway girls, behavior or problems in the home/at school, any drug/alcohol involvement, crime scene details from the Delphi case. They can look similar on the surface, but be extraordinarily different in the details. However...
I don't think they're connected with this case. Neither of those girls have been found, alive or otherwise, right? That's the catch for me. These girls weren't found too far from where they were dropped off, the other two weren't found at all.
If the phones haven't been recovered, I'd bet there are fingerprints on it. So while the information stored in the phone is important, the phone itself might have what they need to catch the guy.
I think it depends. Perps can often share the same characteristics. If you're familiar with similar cases, an MO/profile is easy to speculate. If you're educated in forensics or psychology, you can speculate more closely. There's a lot of information available in this case if you know what...
I agree with the door to door invest. I would guess he's within 100 miles. Lower middle class, probably married once, no kids-or at least doesn't live with the one or two he has. High school education. Probably owns land, but likely it was left to him. Familiar with the area and a repeat...
He was a town bully. Constantly involved in and threatened law suits. Arrested for a ton of crimes-theft, assault, child molestation. Sat with his wife one day in the middle of the afternoon, dozens of people around, was shot by two different guns. "No one saw a thing" and the case never went to...
