Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #197

I don't consider their "heated conversation" anything other than a slight altercation. Neither were arrested, neither were injured. IMO no big deal other than a noisy disruption which was against the judge's rules of decorum. I never heard what either witness was called to testify to so I'm not...

I did not watch whatever episode you're referring to. There were various reports of the slight altercation between the two men. Here is the only place I've ever heard internet folks called cranks.

It's not only the public defenders; it's all expensive but very necessary, IMO When you figure how much has been spent for 5 years of investigation, then add in the atty expenses, judges, etc. it will be shocking.

Finally the media steps up. I was beginning to wonder if this was ever going to happen.

You're welcome. I always enjoyed doing the updates and it was my way of contributing to WS.

I don't know. I quit updating cases. If anyone wants to pick up where I left off, here are their case numbers: Madison Marshall 49D20-2304-F1-011869 Roan Waters 49D20-2304-MR-011870 https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase/#/vw/Search

Thank you. That picture didn't even enter my mind when I read Cecil's description of it. Here is what I remember; after all these years, I'm not sure it's accurate: GH talked about the differences in color between the photo of Abby and the color of the bridge pic. He thought Libby took the...

I believe I stated bad actors should be restricted and Gull did restrict them. In regard to the fighters, I'm not sure which one supported which side. I'm thinking one of them was brought in to testify about his interactions with the P. I could be wrong. The judge had to know the Carroll Co...

I haven't heard both sides of the collaboration issue; I've only heard what some have repeated from TMS and a bit from one of the attorneys. So I don't have much of an opinion on that. Good luck on comprehensive law reform.

What makes you think I missed it? I'm well aware of it and the judge took action on them. As I said = bad behavior from anyone should not be tolerated.

I'm not quite understanding your reply. This is what I said; are you agreeing with me? Regarding the "internet cranks" (what are those, anyway?), our Indiana trials are open to the public. IMO it's a good thing we can't restrict certain members of the public based on who we like and who we...

I'm sure the judge was well aware of the size of the courthouse when she denied the change of venue motion. Regarding the "internet cranks" (what are those, anyway?), our Indiana trials are open to the public. IMO it's a good thing we can't restrict certain members of the public based on who we...

A funny thing about that pic of her on the bridge... From Cecil's testimony; cross-exam by MS. AUGER: (snip) Q All right. Is there a phone – or a picture that you have learned of that you could not find on L.G.’s phone? A Yes. Q What was that? A That was a picture of A.W. walking across the...

The ruling was the same in both of the cases involving ISP, which is the entity that creates the logs in question. I'm only interested in what's going on regarding Indiana's open door policies because I live here. I don't have an interest in what other states do.

Of course! Why didn't I think of that? LOL

All I know is this (taken from the link): This office previously addressed this issue in a case where ISP was also the respondent. In that case, this office observed the following: (LONG)... Since the law requires creation of the record within 24 hours, a reasonable time to provide that record...

In regard to the Cass Co./Carroll Co. RA custody location: I honestly don't know how to react. RA's said to be one of the most high-profile accused murderers in Indiana and yet they have a mix-up on his location and his color. For me, it's just another vote of "NO Confidence" and I think I'll...
