Hello. It is with amusement that I looked at your bio and your website. I used to write federal presentence reports and had contemplated starting a post-career mitigation specialist but it didn't work out. You're not the only ex-offender to start such a business. I've been following these...
At the time of his first arrest for passing counterfeit money, Debardeleben supposedly had pictures of young girls in his apartment per one of the few documentaries on him.
This sounds even more like the guy who tried to get me. The hair and clothes and age fit my near-kidnapper too as well as the MO of his face turning white with rage. I am convinced my near-kidnapper was Debardeleben.
I was nearly kidnapped in Passaic County in 1974 (when I was 12) by a man I am sure is Debardeleben who wore a business suit and asked for directions to a nearby town and who wanted me to get into his car. He too exposed himself.
I get chills thinking how many of us escaped horrible fates.
Yes...Welch did. I was referring to a thread about the Lyons girls where there was previous mention of Debardeleben, who does not seem to have anything to do with the Lyons girls. However, he is a lurking presence in other girls who went missing in the 1970s.

I stumbled the video last week and listened to it the other night. I choked. It was him. The voice brought me back to 1973 or 1974 and I'm sure it was him. I wish they'd released audio sooner and I wish the Secret Service would release the pictures of his victims. I am so glad I was not one.
Does it say anywhere what the man and boy on the bus were wearing?
It seems like they should exhume the unidentified man and extract DNA. The article does not say how the man died but perhaps because he was decomposed, it was hard to tell. Still, there should have been an autopsy.
NAMUS says there is no DNA, dental records, or fingerprints on file. I would hope they took fingerprints at least. I doubt there is any DNA from the man but they did take DNA from the boy in the box.
Yes, there is a disturbing normalization of sex between adults and children. It is all around in advertising, in all media, online and in social media. It makes teens feel like they must have sex. I see in in my own teenagers and their friends. A child cannot consent to sex. It is not...
