The only vehicles that could realistically navigate that terrain would be quads. I've heard mention that there's a truck or a car under the bridge but there's just no way a normal vehicle could navigate the banks of a river not to mention how they'd get in and out of the area other than a quad...
The grainy resolution suggests its either:
1) a digital zoom in either from a photo or video
2) its a subset of another full resolution photo or video
I think there's not enough information to determine which it is. We could perhaps make an assumption based on the audio clip that it might...

RL is getting charged one way or another be it lying and impeding a murder investigation or even the murders. I think he'll get a charge of some kind by this Friday.
This would leave them thoroughly soaked if it were waist high. BG would need to quickly change out of his clothes or risk freezing. Given the timeline it would be getting dark so I have doubts about him crossing the river again. LE likely has evidence of his exit path somewhere along that side...
Anyone have any idea how deep the water is near where they were found? I'm trying to get an idea of how wet they all might have been if they crossed the river. If it were a strong current would an old man make it across?
