Regarding the trip back to Florida around the 17th, I'm guessing it's because they broke up, not because of some storage unit baloney. Then I keep thinking about how BL's mom was 'so happy about the engagement' according to gabby's parents. Maybe she convinced him to give it another try, etc...
I'm guessing he's only admitting it because it's about to come out anyway/the FBI must know they lied about the date and they're trying to cover their *advertiser censored*****
I feel like this is getting more and more out there with all the sightings, internet reviews, etc. Not that I doubt peoples' sincerity... most of the tipsters sound credible and I believe genuinely are convinced they saw him.... but with no concrete evidence in weeks (that we know of, anyway) it...
Petito family calls were unanswered prior to Sept 1?
What is confusing to me is if they knew before he got home, why didn't they tell him to ditch the van out west and fly home? I keep coming back to this. It just doesn't make sense to me when driving her van home and arriving home with her...
Regarding Brian's trip back to Florida a week or so before Gabby was killed -- has it been verified that this definitely happened?
I keep coming back to the fact that him driving the van back to Florida from Wyoming was the stupidest thing he could do as far as making himself look suspicious as...
Definitely -- if he has a vpn, is using Tor browser and protonmail he would not be traceable in theory. in practice though, people screw up with the settings, not using it consistently, etc. It would depend how careful he was.
Personally I'm not sure if I would have really started following the case so closely, other than the fact that we were in Jackson/Grand Teton when GP & BL were in Moab.... then we were in Moab/Arches when they were in Jackson/Grand Teton. We'd never been to that part of the country before either...
Totally see your point, YMMV, but to clarify, I actually meant that (in my experience) men tend to treat their wives/girlfriends the way they saw their fathers treat their mothers. Not that they treat their mothers the same as they treat their girlfriends...
1. Yes
2. Late 8/27 or 8/28
3. The fights were increasing in frequency and violence had been escalating for some time. He snapped.
4. I don't think premeditated. I think he started beating her and couldn't stop. My guess is blunt force trauma to the head, maybe with or against a rock.
5. In my...
Yes, look up tensile, they are a real thing, I have one in our backyard, but they are not that easy to set up on the fly and not easy to conceal in any way I can imagine.
Agree 100%. It's hard to think that they didn't find anything they could use to put pressure on the parents after everything they took out of the home. I believe if the parents think they'll be prosecuted for aiding/abetting/covering up a federal crime or lying to agents about his whereabouts...
Based on the description of the reserve quoted by Runswithscissorz above, I don't believe they are thinking they would find him alive in there. I think the most likely scenarios are 1. he killed himself in the reserve and may never be found, or 2. he is out of the country by now, in Cuba, the...
Do we know anything specific about the Snapchat with the BFF on the 27th? Was it a back and forth exchange? I find it hard to believe BL would send that, leading the friend to expect another message on the 29th, if she was already dead. However -- reception out there is horrible, maybe she tried...
