The dumpsters look far to tall for a child to climb into. They are much taller than the minivan next to them. I think that also makes it less likely that the friends are responsible (Depending on their age/gender/etc, they may have been older)

I think you are right. This is looking from another entrance and these look a lot more permanent. They are in their little enclosed areas too so I think these are permanent and that was just a temporary one.

I would have to agree. We'll see if they are able to narrow down the location of the dumpster by tomorrow. It seems careless to choose a dumpster in the complex, especially if the perp is an adult living there. It really feels like something panicked kids would do.
