I said at least call 911. They aren't obligated to risk their life to try and save him. Also I think if multiple people tried to save him he wouldn't be able to drag 3 or 4 people down with him.
Don't blame the weed. High or not, if that were my friends and I smoking a blunt we would still at least call 911 or try and help. I think any reasonable people would. Weed doesn't impair you to the point of not being knowing to call 911 if someone is dying. It doesn't impair your ability to...
Yeah I bet it was $800 and Cosmo is probably just saying $8,000 to sound like he was some big shot dealer and also to further his story about it being unplanned and just a drug deal gone bad so it doesn't sound like it was premeditated.
There was an article about him telling people he has killed or had people killed before. He could have very well been lying though in order to play up his gangster image.
You can't really compare pot and the synthetics. Pot is pot. Sure there is different grades/qualities but the effects are pretty much the same. It just takes less to achieve the same effect with the better quality stuff.
Synthetics are a whole different ballgame. They are nothing like pot. One...
^^^ You are correct SK did not admit to shooting anyone. Also SK probably didn't know where JTPs body was because he wasn't even in the picture until after JTP was killed and buried.
Exactly. That's just normal protocol for any court case for the arraignment. Even if the defendant plans to plea...
They plead not guilty at the arraignment. Thats normal protocol and means nothing really. There's plenty of time for them to change the plea as the case moves forward.
That's great! I hope it remains in remission.
They pled NG at their arraignments which is highly typical of all criminal cases even if they plan to plea guilty in the future. There is still plenty of time for them to change their plea when more information comes out.
It does seem a bit strange. Maybe it's possible that the dogs picked up the scent on the surface of the area where the bodies were laying prior to being buried in the 12 foot grave.
These are 2 different things.
There was a recent parking lot encounter where CD was repeatedly pressuring someone to get in his truck and talk business/buy drugs from him and the person ended up declining.
Then there was the car selling attempt which I don't know much about.
It says right in the article "Investigators later determined that Kratz had sold the pieces for $345 at a resale shop on Cottman Avenue."
He's locked up now and will be for the rest of his life. They probably considered him a flight risk because of all the money in the family and he also made...
It's sounding like he lured them in with the promise of a good deal on some marijuana but CD didn't actually have what he said he did.
There hasn't been any info given out on if any marijuana/money was recovered. I'm guessing the money may have been recovered if LE is buying/putting out CDs...
He would accomplish completing the transaction on his own property, having control over the transaction, and possibly stashing the money away rather than having to complete the transaction on someone else's property and potentially getting robbed. Maybe JTP didn't have a car or means to get...
That's not how it works with most dealers. Smart dealers want you to meet them at their choice of location, on their terms, at the time they say. You don't just tell the dealer "yeah bring it over to my house". That's how dealers get set up and robbed. It makes a lot more sense that CD picked up...
Or he never had the drugs to begin with? You also can't assume that CD has access to any of the money his parents have. Why do you think he was selling sneakers on facebook? He obviously wasn't loaded himself.
I know plenty of kids with wealthy parents who did dumb stuff like sell drugs/break...
