I don't mean to be pedantic but your GPS does not contact satellites - it just receives signals from those satellites to compute your position using software on your phone. Your phone never "talks" to the satellites.
If they're using GPS data then that data would have to be transmitted from...
Probably innocent.
Dumb redneck cops saw some kids in Megadeath T-shirts and thought 'case closed'.
I've never heard of a ritual that involves tying kids to sticks and throwing them in a swamp.
It'd be laughable if three eight year old kids hadn't been brutalized and murdered, if the killer...
I dunno, I'm hearing a lot of "who could believe this story?!" type questions.
The jury doesn't need to believe it or not. It depends on the story the prosecution put forward and if it's more plausible to the jury, and if the prosecution has managed to disprove the accused's.
I just worry we...
The jury have to decide if the accused committed the crime beyond reasonable doubt.
I think this is something that a lot of us are missing here. If there is reasonable doubt in the mind of the jurors that the accused did it, then the jury must acquit.

Hopefully those images aren't on anyone's SSDs right now though.
I'm sure photographs of the murders would be beyond my capacity to bear.
I still don't buy the Odinism angle, for reasons I've mentioned before (Odinists tend to be folkish; they wouldn't hurt one of their own without incredible provocation. Two little girls would be unable to generate the...
Occam's Razor. The simplest explanation is likely the correct one.
Is there any evidence for him being a fall guy? If not, then it's probably a waste of brain power to continue down that rabbit hole.
So much this.
Even if it wasn't against the law, any responsible gun owner would not leave a loaded gun or gun with easily accessible ammunition in a place someone could reach.
