If the Met Police puts a story under embargo the press obey - it is less about press standards and more about the law and avoiding massive fines. Press must follow embargos otherwise next time they won't get the story.
I may have missed a few posts. Is it thought that he drove up onto the pavement or parked round the corner in Rodenhurst? I doubt he parked round the side of the flats IMO. It's all speculation though so perhaps not much point, as we'll find out eventually I guess. I know the police gave careful...
The 10-second clips can be found at https://livetrains.co.uk/jamCams/osm/#00001.03762 but it could just be two people crossing the street and not a scuffle IMO.
I can see two people on the grass in that clip. The first one is moving from foreground to background, and the other is moving from behind the bus stop onto the grass?
On the video cam link A205 / Kings Avenue I notice that there appears to have been a capture of some footage with a timestamp of 21:25, but the clip has been removed.

I know the area well. If this individual is walking south across junction of South Circular & Brixton / Streatham Hill/s then they are almost certainly walking from Brixton proper, as the only pedestrian crossing here is on the southern side of the South Circular (which is the natural place to...
I'm a local and regarding the question of whether Brixton Water Lane is Tulse Hill or not, I would say it borders Tulse Hill and Brixton. The actual name of the road which leads south off Brixton Water Lane is 'Tulse Hill'. There is also a large Sainsbury's on the corner of Tulse Hill and...
