I also think that AS’s history with RCMP likely contributed to this belief, believing they “weren’t fair”, were over-aggressive, etc. etc. I’d imagine having the RCMP confront him on the numerous occasions including his arrests would have pissed him off and made him feel as though they...
True, unless K had passed out from exhaustion/driving so B took over driving and needed to stop for fuel while K was still asleep. (Pure speculation but possible.)
I’m unfamiliar with diesel vehicles/tanks. I know that you can’t fit a diesel nozzle into a petrol tank these days. Is it the same...
I’m not a photo enhancer, but note the yellow vertical rectangle on the right side of his shirt - lines up with the yellow part of the image on his Cathulu shirt from the co-op video images.
And if you compare the image of this vehicle to the photo of a 2011 Rav 4 posted by @kmclaren on pg 13...
As they were actively on the run at that point, and seemed to have halted the killing spree, it’s likely their guns were well-hidden at that point. It also sounds like the search of the Rav 4 was pretty lax.
Could the buyer have said “Great, I’ll take two.”? Or would that have looked suspicious if only one of them had their PAL. I, also, am ignorant of gun-buying laws in Canada.
Regarding the cell phone video recording: the article in The Star says they used “a cellphone” to record the message (other articles have misquoted The Star article and said “their cellphones”) ...my assumption would be that it was not a known cellphone of either BS or KM, but a...
Maybe an iPad but more likely an old mobile phone. I imagine if dad struggles financially and/or is homeless, he relies on wifi and may not have a phone with a calling/text package.
1) My daughter’s name is Grace. Voice to Text ALWAYS spells her name Greece, no matter how many times I’ve corrected it. I have an iPhone.
2) Calls and text messages would work fine providing they are in a place with cell service. Perhaps that’s how he communicated with grandma. Alternatively...
So then did they just happen upon the boat along Sundance Creek or along the river? Or had they found it earlier when they still had the RAV4 and transported it to the creek before they set the Rav on fire?

As the search for Kam Mcleod and Bryer Schmelgsky continues, we are able to provide the following update.
On August 3, 2019, RCMP located several items on the shoreline, approximately 9 km from where the burnt vehicle was located. RCMP have...
You can’t even get pork chops at restaurants anymore! I think I’ve been to two restaurants in my 40 years that have served pork chops. So not likely leftovers. Could they have been what was allegedly stolen from the co-op??
(I’m speculating): Assuming the boat was also carried downstream a ways from where they fell out (if that was the case). I have no experience with underwater rescue but perhaps if they fell out at a set of rapids, their bodies would be caught amongst the rocks? ...I think it’s unlikely they...
The Bear Clan is a group of community members (from Winnipeg) that acts as mediator, patrols the streets in Winnipeg after dark, looks for missing persons, try to make the city a safer place, etc. They consider themselves non-violent and peace-keepers. Arming them with guns would go against...
