How does a person update Wikipedia? I read that first degree murder convictions without a body or a confession are very rare.
Wikipedia lists only two in Canada.
I think we can now add a third!

Thanks for posting these! I know there has been a lot of debate about MM, but her tweet reaction reinforces my view that she helped put these guys away.
Wow, I just caught up with everything .
These verdicts are gratifying and satisfying. I hope that the Babcock's can have some closure now and get back to their normal lives, whatever normal is after you lose a child.
Rest in peace, Laura.
IMO it's discouraging to see key evidence excluded from the trial. I realize that the judge was likely trying to prevent grounds for appeal, but still, just very discouraging.
I'm kind of sickened by some of this, especially since it could affect the outcome.
Does anyone know when they stop deliberating each day? I seem to recall it was 7pm during the TB trial. Just wondering if I can stop obsessing today yet!

I don't understand DM's strategy (other than to introduce reasonable doubt), but it's discouraging. I really hope that he is cross-examined and lambasted by the Crown and Dungey.
I have a couple of procedural questions, sorry if these points have been covered already!
If DM wants to call CN as a witness, then would he have been permitted to meet with her over the weekend? If so, would the conversation have been monitored?
Also, I am beginning to see a slight...
